The new Rich's Houston is a vibe restaurant, cocktail lounge & boutique day / night life experience located in Montrose, Houston.
In 1983 there was a need in Houston for a large, modern, elevated nightclub that offered a unique experience similar to those in major metro areas across the USA and Europe. A world class nightclub was desired and Rich’s Houston became known as the “Studio 54 of the south”. In 2016 that need was stronger than ever and Rich’s Houston was reborn. Just like the debut in 83’, Rich’s was again queen of nightlife with more people dancing their night away than any other in Houston!
Months before the pandemic the people who made up the soul of Rich's Houston made the move to 202 Tuam. We didn't just want to be a "mega dance club". Our mission then was to offer an elevated vibe and boutique experience that was more versatile while offering dining, cocktails, dancing, events, various entertainment, special guest, entertainers and DJ’s. As the pandemic hit it altered the world and our plans as well.
We are happy to announce that we are only months away from completing our unique vision. When all of the components are complete Rich's Houston will once again be world class and have the ability to welcome the largest amount of patrons tailored for our community in Montrose, Houston.
Our modern patio was the first component of our expansive transformation that includes patio bars, covered seating & dining areas and swing sets.
Our interior was the second component, extensively redesigned into a versatile space for dining, entertainment or dancing. Dine under a canopy of lush florals, experience great performances on our cabaret stage or dance under state of the art lighting and sound. Rich's is a full service venue that seamlessly transforms into a restaurant, cabaret, cocktail lounge and nightclub as the evening progresses. Our swimming & day club is our third component which is underway and will be completed summer 2024!
Our Executive Chef, Diego Chiarello, has been featured on The Food Network and has won countless accolades for his culinary diversity. Our menu is prepared onsite including our dough, sauces, juices and flavorful ingredients used in our unique foods.
Most of our menu is shareable and pair well with our approachable wines and specialty cocktails.
